I’m Neil Whitehall, the proud owner of Watertight Home Services.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

My father was an electrician, so I learned the intricacies about voltages, plugs, and fuses from an early age. It inspired me to follow in his footsteps, so I started an apprenticeship in maintenance under my father in Montreal, Quebec.

Once he retired from the trade, my wife, Nancy, and I decided to up sticks and move to Ontario to be closer to her sister, and to launch our own electrical business in 2000.

Over the past twenty years, I’ve noticed that we’ve created many happy customers and grown exponentially mainly through word of mouth promotion. Besides, I’m proud that I’ve built my reputation based on the exemplary morals that my father taught me.

Consequently, I’m always honest, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is that I render transparent feedback, which helps to build trust with clients.

I also attribute my success to my efficient services. Once I start a job, I always see it through to completion and leave the site better than when I found it.

When I’m not wiring buildings, I love gardening, cooking, camping, and being with my family. We fundraise a lot for the youth group at our church. Also, having the flexibility to create my schedule and be there for my daughters has given me immense satisfaction.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
